We provide orthodontics for children and adults, designing treatment to address your needs and concerns. In addition to traditional metal braces, we offer ceramic (clear) braces, and Invisalign® clear aligners. We utilize intraoral cameras and iTero® Element™ digital scans for accurate diagnostics and treatment planning, too.

We love Dr Bush and Cascade Ortho. I first found Cascade for my oldest daughter and since have referred family members and friends there. My oldest daughter just got her braces off and we are beyond happy with the results. My other daughter just started her ortho journey at Cascade. Everyone is so personal-able and professional plus the clinic is always very clean. So happy we found Cascade Orthodontists

I visited this orthodontist after putting off treatment for years. From the consultation to my latest adjustment, everything has been handled professionally. The staff is welcoming, and they always explain what's changing before making any adjustments. My smile already looks much more balanced.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I could tell this place was very professional. Dr. Bush explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. You can tell right away that he is very experienced and truly cares about his patients. The entire staff is very friendly, positive, and welcoming. They always try to help and make you feel comfortable, even when things get busy. I’m very happy with my aligner treatment and the overall experience.
